When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically received in 6-14 business days. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package.

What tracking options are there?

All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available! You'll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped with a link to follow up on the status of your orders (this is that link). For international orders, full tracking will only be available when sent via International Priority - which costs a bit more.

Are refunds available?

No refunds are available but you may exchange or receive a store credit.

How do I process an exchange or obtain my store credit?

Email sales@thehauxhive.com with your order number and a photo and/or description of what's wrong with the product and/or your reason for exchange.
